Applied Resonance Therapy™ Coherence creates change.
Welcome. I’m Susan Williams. I help people and animals settle, reconnect, and shift into a calmer, clearer way of being. My work blends down-to-earth science with intuitive energy care, always led by consent, comfort, and kind communication.
About Applied Resonance Therapy
Applied Resonance Therapy™ (ART), blends down-to-earth science with intuitive energy care. It’s gentle, teachable, and consent-led, whether we’re in a clinic, in the paddock, or on Zoom.
I’m a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Doctor of Quantum Counselling (DQC, B.Msc.). Over the years I’ve trained in vibrational medicine, energy bodywork, and bioenergetics, and I’ve developed original systems that make this work practical day to day. ART is grounded in the Kairos Codex, which gives plain language and structure to what many of us have felt for years: healing isn’t random—it happens in relationship.
How I work is simple:
We listen, so your system feels safe and heard.
We attune, reading subtle signals in the body and field.
We stabilise, helping the nervous system, fascia, and energy reset.
With animals—especially horses—I honour consent, comfort, and clear choice. I read posture, breath, and small signs of release, and I involve guardians and riders so the connection deepens for both. Kindness and ethics sit at the heart of every session.
What you can expect: softer breathing, easier movement, a clearer mind, and a calmer bond with yourself—and, for riders, with your horse. You’ll leave with simple practices you can use at home or in the paddock.
I’m based in Australia and work online with clients and practitioners worldwide. If this speaks to you, start with a 30-minute intro session or learn more about Equine Soul Resonance Therapy™.
